Administration console
NOX Studio
Studio has authority over the user, not the other way round. From a single console you decide who gets in, who gets out, which platforms are enabled and what may leave the app.
Capabilities
What you do from Studio
Users and groups
Create and remove users and groups without depending on the user device.
Authorised lists
Import and export the lists of authorised personnel.
Platforms
Enable or disable iOS, Android and desktop according to the unit policy.
Content leaving the app
Prevent a message or a file from leaving the app.
Revocation
Revoke a device in minutes, not in days.
Privileges
Different privileges by group or by role.
Lost device
Revoke in minutes
A lost or stolen device stops being an open problem as soon as the account is closed from the console.
- The account is revoked
- The session is closed or revoked from Studio, with no need to recover the device.
- The directory does not remain
- NOX contacts do not stay in the phone native address book.
- The material is no longer usable
- The session material must not remain usable on the device.
Governance
Privileges by group or by role
Not every user needs the same capabilities. The organisation hierarchy is reflected inside the app.
- Who joins and who leaves a group is decided by its administrator.
- Forwarding, screenshots and taking a file out of the app can be restricted.
- A trace is kept of who administers, not just of who chats.
- Enabled platforms are defined by policy, not by user preference.
Who talks to whom, under control
We walk you through Studio with your chain of command on the table.
